Harold Schoenhaus, DPM is a board certified foot, rearfoot, and reconstructive ankle surgeon by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is a past president and current fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He holds staff appointments and operating privileges at the University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Hospital and Chestnut Hill hospital. Dr Schoenhaus' research and clinical interests are in the area of biomechanics, pathomechanics and reconstructive surgery, including joint replacement surgery and pediatric podiatric surgery. Moreover, Dr Schoenhaus is the surgical editor for PRESENT e-Learning Systems, an online medical education and networking resource dedicated to improving the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals throughout the world. He is a nationally recognized lecturer and pioneer in the field of lower extremity pathomechanics and reconstructive surgery. Dr Schoenhaus has authored several landmark articles in peer-reviewed journals and books. In 2015 Dr Schoenhaus was the recipient of the Gallery of Success Award from the Temple University.

Christopher Bromley, DPM currently serves as the Department Chair of Foot and Ankle Surgery of Vassar Medical Center. Dr Bromley is the managing partner of a large multi-specialty group in upstate NY. Dr Bromley specialty within the group is Surgery, Sports Medicine and Homeopathy. Dr Bromley has been passionate about nutrition and complementary medicine since entering private practice. He completed his surgical residency in 1992 in Baltimore, MD. His training included such prestigious hospitals as the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins. Currently, Dr Bromley serves as a national speaker and consultant for several companies specializing in Foot and Ankle Surgery. When not in the office and on the podium Dr Bromley is an on-track performance driving instructor and motorcycle track day instructor. Matthew G Garoufalis, DPM, CWS graduated from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio with degrees in Biology and Economics and went on to graduate from the Dr Wm M Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr Garoufalis is a past president of the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association, a Past President of the American Podiatric Medical Association, and is the Immediate Past President of the International Federation of Podiatrists. Dr Garoufalis is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and American Board of Podiatric Medicine with Added Qualification in Wound Care and Limb Preservation. He is a Founding Fellow of American Society of Podiatric Surgeons and a Fellow of American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine. Dr Garoufalis is a Fellow of the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He is a noted authored of many articles and, as an invited speaker, has accepted speaking engagements for educational lectures, seminars, and workshops, both nationally and internationally, on a variety of topics pertinent to wound care, podiatric medicine and surgery, and practice management. He is considered a Key Opinion Leader in many areas.

Brent Banks, DPM is focused on providing the highest quality foot and ankle care for his patients. He is well trained in all aspects of care of the foot and ankle. He enjoys taking care of his patient’s needs regarding everything from heel pain to complex reconstructive foot surgery. Dr Banks became interested in podiatry while obtaining his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Baylor University. He then moved to Chicago to complete his medical degree at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. After obtaining his degree, he elected to stay in Chicago to complete his surgical residency at Mt Sinai Hospital, a level one trauma center. Dr Banks then moved back to Texas, where he has been in practice since 2010. Dr Banks is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association. His focus on modern techniques often allows swift recovery with minimal inconvenience for his patients.

Marc Benard, DPM is the Assistant Director of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is formerly the organization’s Executive Director and Examination Chair. Dr Benard is also Co-Director and President of the Baja Project for Crippled Children/Operation Footprint, an organization which, over the past 40 years, has had over 30,000 patient visits and performed over 3,000 foot and ankle surgeries on children with congenital and acquired neuromuscular conditions. The “project” has trained several hundred residents in the process. Dr. Benard is the former Chair for the Committee on Disaster Relief of Rotary International District 5280. He is certified with both the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and lectures nationally in the areas of pediatric and adult biomechanics and surgery.

William E Chagares, DPM is currently President of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM). Dr Chagares is also the Executive Director of Federal Services Podiatric Medical Association (FSPMA). Following graduation from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in 1979, Dr Chagares completed a residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Forkosh Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. He originally certified in Podiatric Orthopedics and later Primary Podiatric Medicine. Dr Chagares retired from the Veterans Administration in March of 2018 after 30 years of service.

Cyaandi Dove, DPM graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. After college, Dr Dove continued her studies at California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, CA, where she earned the Degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. She also completed her Post Graduate Training at The University of Texas, Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. Before opening her practice, Dr Dove was the director of podiatry at the Diabetic Foot and Ankle Center - Hospital for Joint Disease - NYU. Suhad Hadi, DPM received her doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. She continued her post-doctorate training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio from 1997-2000. Upon completion of her residency training, she remained at the University of Texas Health Science Center for three years as Clinical Faculty and served as the Director of Resident Education. Dr Had furthered her career by joining Mercy Medical Group in Sacramento, CA from 2003-2008. While there she served as the Chief of Podiatry at the Medical Center and at Mercy San Juan Medical Center. She was also appointed Clinical Director of their Elk Grove multi-specialty clinic. In an effort to return to academic medicine and work again with resident training, she joined the Audie Murphy Veterans Hospital as full-time staff in 2009. Dr Hadi has transferred with the VA twice since that time, to Puget Sound Veterans Hospital and served as Director of PAVE, and finally transferred to Cleveland Veterans Hospital to their Akron facility. She remains actively involved in clinical practice and resident education.

Kyle Hehe, DPM is a third-year resident and chief resident at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago. He graduated with an undergraduate degree in Nutrition at the University of Florida. Dr Hehe then went on to Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science for Podiatry School. His special interests are in trauma and reconstruction of the foot and ankle as well as wound care.

Christopher R Hood Jr, DPM obtained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2012. He completed a podiatric medicine and surgery residency at Crozer Chester Medical Center in the Philadelphia, PA area in 2015 followed by an ACFAS recognized fellowship specializing in foot and ankle reconstruction, trauma, and sports medicine with Premier Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine in Malvern, PA. He subsequently worked at Premier for two years prior to moving to Nashville in the summer of 2018. He is board qualified with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr Hood has published multiple journal articles, blogs for Podiatry Today, and has lectured at multiple podiatric state meetings. Additionally, he has lectured at the APMA National meeting on topics both medical/surgical related as well as practice management and transitional advice for those between students to new practitioners. Sev Hrywnak, DPM, MD is a graduate of the University of Buffalo with degrees in Molecular Biology, Physiology and Electrical Engineering. A graduate of the William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 1982 with a DPM degree and a graduate of Universidad Juarez School of Medicine in 1984 with an MD degree. Dr Hrywnak is also a graduate of the Loyola Law School in Chicago with a JD degree. A former Assistant Professor at the William M School College of Podiatric Medicine, teaching Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Immunology, Physical Diagnosis, Practice Management and Business Law. He is also a clinical Professor at Northwestern School of Medicine in the Department of family Practice. A visiting Professor at Columbia College, lecturing in Economics. Dr Hrywnak has done over 200 lectures in the USA and Canada and has appeared on CNN, MSNBC and Fox news as a health care Futurist. A member of the Clinton Global Health Care Initiative and a GOP strategist for health care reform. Dr Hrywnak is also a Former President of the Independent Surgical Centers of America.

Alton R. Johnson Jr, DPM is a current ACFAS clinical research fellow at the Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2011, Dr Johnson received his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Barry University. In 2012, he attended the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. While at KSUCPM, he was a recipient of the Segal AmeriCorps Education Award, KSUCPM MINT Scholarship, APMA National Scholarship, and North Central Academy of Podiatric Medicine Scholarship. Dr Johnson also served as the face of KSUCPM serving as a Student Ambassador, Academic Council Student Representative and serving as the White Coat Ceremony's Gonfalon Carrier. In addition, as a podiatric medical student, Dr Johnson published several research posters focused on geriatric fall secondary to foot deformities. After graduating from podiatric medical school in 2016, Dr Johnson went on to complete a three-year Podiatric Medicine & Surgery Residency (PMSR+RRA) at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center in Aventura, FL. While at AHMC, Dr Johnson served as chief resident in his third year. Dr Johnson was part of AHMCs back to back to back ResEdSummit Midwest Residency Rumble 1st Place championship teams (2016, 2017, 2018). Dr Johnson has also managed to present multiple research projects at The Future of Regenerative Medicine Congress, ResEd Summit Midwest Conferences, and Symposium of Advanced Wound Care. During his third year of residency, Dr Johnson was able to publish a peer-reviewed journal article on regenerative medicine. His research emphasis has been focused on regenerative medicine, diabetic limb salvage techniques, and rare dermatological and bone pathologies.

Javier La Fontaine, DPM, MS, is a Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in podiatric medicine, particularly the evaluation and care of foot and ankle wounds, with special expertise in evaluating and managing diabetic foot disease. He serves as Co-Director of the Diabetic Limb Salvage Service. Dr La Fontaine holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from Xavier University and a Master of Science in clinical investigation (biomedical sciences) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He earned his doctoral degree in podiatric medicine at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and completed residencies in both podiatric medicine and podiatric surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is board certified by both the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and has subspecialty certification in foot and rearfoot/ankle surgery. Dr La Fontaine's research focuses largely on diabetic foot disease and related complications. He has published more than 40 academic articles and delivered scores of invited lectures regionally, nationally, and abroad. Among his many professional activities, Dr La Fontaine serves as President of the Dallas County Podiatric Medical Association, Vice President of the Texas Podiatric Medical Foundation, and longtime Chair of the Bandera Podiatric Residency Conference. He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Clinical Diabetes and Endocrinology and is both the diabetes section editor and a reviewer for the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is also a reviewer for the Journal of Diabetes Research, International Wound Journal, and Journal American Podiatric Medical Association. Born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, Dr La Fontaine has taken part in the Texas Podiatric Medical Foundation's annual San Miguel mission trip every year since 2004.

Scott has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of the company including management, sales, marketing, production and product design.

Rebecca Moellmer, DPM graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) and completed three years of residency and a sports medicine fellowship in Southern California. Dr Moellmer is board certified in the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and is a Fellow with the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine. In her free time, Dr Moellmer served as an elected officer of the California Podiatric Medical Association (CPMA). During her tenure with CPMA she was successful in expanding the scope for her fellow DPMs within the state. After several years in private practice, she became an Assistant Professor for the College of Podiatric Medicine, where she still serves as a clinical instructor and lecturer with a special interest in biomechanics.

Marie Williams, DPM, DHL is board certified in foot and ankle surgery and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr Williams was the first clinical dean at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and is currently an Adjunct Professor for the school. Dr Williams has been in private practice since 1984. She is currently the Chairman of the Department of Podiatry at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center. She has been involved in residency training since 1986 and a Program Director in Podiatric Surgery and Medicine since 1988. Dr Williams is a speaker in the field of foot and ankle surgery as well as limb salvage. She has published several articles on the healing of complex wounds and limb salvage, while also authoring a chapter: Bone Infections in "Foot and Ankle Radiology". In August 2014, Dr Williams was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts along with her teammates from Immaculata College. Their team, the Mighty Macs, captured three consecutive Championships. They were considered trailblazers for women sports, and in the 70s they help bring about Title 9 and equality for women in sports. In June 2015 they received the trailblazer award in the women’s basketball hall of fame. Dr Williams was recently requested to be a Keynote Speaker for Immaculata University and received the Doctor of Humane Letters for her humanitarian efforts in May 2018.
