Harold Schoenhaus, DPM is a board certified foot, rearfoot, and reconstructive ankle surgeon by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is a past president and current fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He holds staff appointments and operating privileges at the University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Hospital and Chestnut Hill hospital. Dr Schoenhaus' research and clinical interests are in the area of biomechanics, pathomechanics and reconstructive surgery, including joint replacement surgery and pediatric podiatric surgery. Moreover, Dr Schoenhaus is the surgical editor for PRESENT e-Learning Systems, an online medical education and networking resource dedicated to improving the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals throughout the world. He is a nationally recognized lecturer and pioneer in the field of lower extremity pathomechanics and reconstructive surgery. Dr Schoenhaus has authored several landmark articles in peer-reviewed journals and books. In 2015 Dr Schoenhaus was the recipient of the Gallery of Success Award from the Temple University.

Robert G Frykberg, DPM, MPH is a graduate of the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1976. Dr Frykberg went on to complete his residency training at the New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston. He served as the President of the Massachusetts Podiatric Medical Society and a Member of the Board of Registration in Podiatry. From 1992 to 1994, he attended the Harvard School of Public Health and graduated with a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in quantitative methods. After 21 years of private practice, Dr Frykberg accepted the position as Clinical Dean of the Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery prior to moving to Phoenix. After 15 years of dedicated service to our Veterans, Dr Frykberg has decided to retire from his role as Chief of Podiatry at the Phoenix VA Medical Center and as Director of the Phoenix VA Medical Center Podiatric Residency Program. He continues to hold the academic rank of Professor, University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix and Adjunct Professor, Midwestern University Program in Podiatric Medicine. His research and writing interests have included all facets of lower extremity disorders, but are specifically focused on diabetic foot ulcers, infections, Charcot foot, and wound care. The author of nearly 100 peer-reviewed publications, he has also been the Editor of two textbooks: The High Risk Foot in Diabetes Mellitus (1991) and the Diabetic Charcot Foot (2010). His expertise in the Diabetic Foot translated into hundreds of speaking invitations nationally and internationally with numerous lecture engagements in China, India, Russia, South America, the UK, Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, Italy, and all across Europe.

Matthew G Garoufalis, DPM, CWS graduated from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio with degrees in Biology and Economics and went on to graduate from the Dr Wm M Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr Garoufalis is a past president of the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association, a Past President of the American Podiatric Medical Association, and is the Immediate Past President of the International Federation of Podiatrists. Dr Garoufalis is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and American Board of Podiatric Medicine with Added Qualification in Wound Care and Limb Preservation. He is a Founding Fellow of American Society of Podiatric Surgeons and a Fellow of American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine. Dr Garoufalis is a Fellow of the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He is a noted authored of many articles and, as an invited speaker, has accepted speaking engagements for educational lectures, seminars, and workshops, both nationally and internationally, on a variety of topics pertinent to wound care, podiatric medicine and surgery, and practice management. He is considered a Key Opinion Leader in many areas.

Lowell Weil, Jr, DPM, MBA, is the CEO of the world renowned Chicago based Weil Foot & Ankle Institute where he also served as the Fellowship Director from 2000 - 2017. He previously was the Co-Editor of Foot and Ankle Specialist, the only combined orthopedic and podiatric peer reviewed journal. Dr Weil, Jr has pioneered such surgeries as the dorsal approach plantar plate repair and has authored over 50 papers and text book chapters. He is a well known speaker having lectured in 26 States, 5 Continents and 16 Countries. He is the Founding Partner of Foot and Ankle Business Innovations that since 2014 has helped physicians improve their patient care, health of their practice and quality of life.

William E Chagares, DPM is currently a Director on the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr Chagares is also President of Federal Services Podiatric Medical Association. He has served as a Federal Services Delegate to the annual APMA House of Delegates in Washington, DC for over a decade. Following graduation from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in 1979, Dr Chagares completed a residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Forkosh Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. He originally certified in Podiatric Orthopedics and later Primary Podiatric Medicine. Dr Chagares is currently Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM).

Dr Davidson is a founding partner of a group podiatry practice in Buffalo, New York which is now a Department in a multidisciplinary medical group, Buffalo Medical Group. He was Past President of the Western Division of the New York State Podiatric Medical Society, Western Division of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, National American College of Foot Orthopedics and American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine. R Daniel Davis, DPM
Daniel Davis, DPM is a 1976 graduate of Bucknell University, where he earned his BS in Biology and became the first All American in cross-country. He continued his postgraduate education at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine where he graduated in 1980. He completed a two-year training program at Parkview Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, and moved to Orange, Connecticut where he lives with his wife, Mary Anne. He began his private practice in Bridgeport, CT, and joined the Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association (CPMA) at that time. He has been the chairman of the CPMA education committee/seminar committee for thirty years and has served on all of the elected positions through the presidency (serving as president from 1997 Ã¢â‚¬â€œ 1999). He is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr Davis is also a fellow of ASPS, ACPWC, and ACFAS. Dr. Davis is CMET certified in wound care. He has served as the podiatric director of the Saint VincentÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Hospital Wound Care Center for the past ten years. He has served as president and been a member on the APMA Board of Trustees.
Ryan H Fitzgerald, DPMVillage Podiatry Centers
Ryan Fitzgerald, DPM was born in Charlottesville, Virginia and spent his childhood between living overseas and in central Virginia. He attended Hampden Sydney College, in Virginia, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology. Upon graduation, he pursued a career in medicine and moved to Miami, Florida, where attended Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. While enrolled at Barry University, Dr Fitzgerald earned top marks in his didactic and clinical coursework consistently earning a place on the Dean and President lists, as well as earning both Leadership and Faculty scholarships. He graduated at the top of his class and was inducted into the Pi Delta National Podiatry Honor Society in recognition of his outstanding scholastic achievement. He was also awarded the American Board of Podiatric Surgery's prestigious Michael L Stone Professional Conduct Award. Following graduation, Dr Fitzgerald pursued his residency training at the MEDSTAR Washington Hospital Center, and at Georgetown University Hospital, in Washington DC. This program provided vast exposure to all facets of podiatric medical and surgical care, including advanced wound care techniques, diabetic limb salvage, pediatric deformity correction and reconstructive and trauma surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr Fitzgerald has a passion for medical missions and has served as a volunteer surgeon on missions around the world, most recently serving in the middle east, where he helped to staff forward operating field hospitals where he, and others, provided provides medical and surgical care to patients suffering as a consequence of the on-going Syrian refugee crisis. Dr. Fitzgerald has also served as an attending physician Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he worked alongside Haitian wound care specialists to perform limb-sparing surgery.

Suhad Hadi, DPM received her doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. She continued her post-doctorate training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio from 1997-2000. Upon completion of her residency training, she remained at the University of Texas Health Science Center for three years as Clinical Faculty and served as the Director of Resident Education. Dr Had furthered her career by joining Mercy Medical Group in Sacramento, CA from 2003-2008. While there she served as the Chief of Podiatry at the Medical Center and at Mercy San Juan Medical Center. She was also appointed Clinical Director of their Elk Grove multi-specialty clinic. In an effort to return to academic medicine and work again with resident training, she joined the Audie Murphy Veterans Hospital as full-time staff in 2009. Dr Hadi has transferred with the VA twice since that time, to Puget Sound Veterans Hospital and served as Director of PAVE, and finally transferred to Cleveland Veterans Hospital to their Akron facility. She remains actively involved in clinical practice and resident education.
Daniel Hall, IV, DPM
Daniel T Hall, IV, was raised in Newburgh, Indiana, a small town in rural Southern Indiana where compassion and care for one's community were ingrained in his beliefs from a young age. He excelled in the classroom graduating from Castle High School with honors. He shined on the soccer field but chose to pursue a career in medicine. Dr Hall attended Indiana University on a pre-medical scholarship and graduated with distinction earning a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry. Following completion of his undergraduate work, he secured a merit scholarship to attend the William M Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University where he earned his doctorate and graduated in the top 20% of his class. He completed his residency training at the nationally recognized South Miami Hospital of Baptist Health in Miami, Florida where he served as chief resident and performed over 2,000 procedures. Dr Hall is trained in numerous surgical techniques with an emphasis on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, including diabetic limb salvage with internal/external fixation and cosmetic foot surgery. Additionally, he learned various skin closure and skin grafting techniques to minimize scar visibility and accelerate wound healing under the direction of renowned plastic surgeons at South Miami Hospital. Dr Hall has developed a keen interest in diabetic foot care and limb salvage, and he has co-authored multiple publications in Podiatry Today and Podiatry Management on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery techniques and post-operative care in the diabetic population. He also served as a volunteer participant in the Yucatan Crippled Children's Project (YCCP) co-sponsored by Barry University and the International Foot and Ankle Foundation in Merida, Mexico during which he earned valuable experience in pediatric foot and ankle deformity treatment and surgical correction. Dr Hall also served as a surgical clinical course leader for the Miami-Dade College Physician Assistant program, discussing common foot and ankle injuries and participating in multiple suture workshops. After the completion of his residency training, Dr. Hall co-founded Louisiana Foot and Ankle Specialists in Lake Charles, Louisiana with his wife, Dr Mallory Przybylski. He is Board Qualified in foot and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is an active member of multiple podiatric societies and is dedicated to continuing education and keeping up with the most innovative treatments available. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, cooking, sporting events and spending time with his family, friends and four rescue dogs. He is proud to be a part of the Lake Charles community and is a compassionate, kind physician who is fully invested in providing the highest quality of patient care.

Certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2001, Marlena Jbara, MD has served as a member of the Bone and Joint division of Radiology at Staten Island University Hospital since joining the team in 2008. In addition to her expertise in generalized orthopaedic radiology, Dr Jbara has been an innovator in designing and implementing continuing medical education programs dedicated to podiatrists, foot and ankle surgeons and residents in radiology, podiatry, orthopedics and emergency medicine. Dr Jbara, a summa cum laude graduate of the BA-MD Program at the State University of New York, is a leader in Podiatric Radiology, developing curricula for Podiatric Radiology academic programs and delivering Grand rounds and New York Roentgen Society lectures on Osteomyelitis in the Diabetic Foot. Currently she holds a CME-accredited program monthly in Podiatric Radiology that serves the Northwell Health System. She has published articles and book chapters on the shoulder, knee and ankle, performs reviews for Diabetic Foot & Ankle and remains active in clinical medical research. Her current podiatric research interests include MRI evaluation of the diabetic foot and classification of Pes Cavus.

Warren S Joseph, DPM is a podiatric and infectious disease attending at Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He is a specialist in the treatment of lower extremity infectious diseases. Dr Joseph received his podiatric degree, magna cum laude, from WM Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. Dr Joseph completed his postgraduate training in podiatric medicine/surgery at St Joseph's Hospital, and a fellowship in infectious diseases at Hahnemann University School of Medicine, both in Philadelphia. Dr Joseph is a fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America and sits on the IDSA Diabetic Foot Infection Guidelines Committee. Aimee Lipkis is a partner at Cray Huber Horstman Heil & VanAusdal LLC focusing her trial practice on defending medical professionals. Tim attended the Tucson Medical Center Enterostomal Therapy Education Program and has been an ET nurse since 1989. Tim has had his own private practice consulting to acute care, long term care and home health for wound, skin and continence care. He is an active member of the World Council of ET Nurses (WCET), and the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care (AAWC) serving on the Government & Regulatory Affairs task force.

Victor Quijano, Jr, DPM, PhD
Victor Quijano, Jr, DPM, PhD is a New England native. After receiving his PhD in molecular endocrinology for the University of Wisconsin, he graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2002. He completed his 4-year residency at Temple University Hospital and Childrenâ€™s Hospital. During residency, he participated in bench research and numerous clinical trials. After 13 years in private practice, he is now Chief of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Portland, OR. Dr Quijano lectures on foot and ankle surgery around the country. He is board certified with ABMSP, ABFAS, and ABLES. He is also a fellow with APWH, ACFAS, and ACLES. Jarrod Shapiro, DPM is a Board Certified podiatric foot and ankle physician and surgeon who has been in practice for over 10 years. Wenjay Sung, DPM, practices in Arcadia, CA and Orange, CA. He completed his advanced surgical fellowship at the ACFAS recognized Weil Foot-Ankle & Orthopedic Institute (2011, Chicago, IL) after graduating as chief resident from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (2010). He is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He has been heavily involved in Special Olympics International Healthy Athletes and served as an international Clinical Director during the World Summer Games in Shanghai, China (2007) and Los Angeles (2015). Currently, he serves on the board of the Convalescent Aid Society (Pasadena, CA), a non-profit that provides free medical equipment for those in need and the Miss Asian North American Organization. More recently, due to the unexpected passing of his youngest brother David Wen Sung, his family is establishing a scholarship fund and not-for profit organization that aims to build awareness and acceptance for mental health issues in Asian American communities.

Michael Troiano, DPM is a 2004 graduate Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed residency at the Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is in private practice at the Center for Foot and Ankle Disorders in Philadelphia. He is Adjunct Clinical Professor at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in the Department of Surgery, he teaches Biomechanics, and MRI reading. Dr Troiano is a board certified in foot, rear foot, and reconstructive ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Marie Williams, DPM, DHL is board certified in foot and ankle surgery and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr Williams was the first clinical dean at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and is currently an Adjunct Professor for the school. Dr Williams has been in private practice since 1984. She is currently the Chairman of the Department of Podiatry at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center. She has been involved in residency training since 1986 and a Program Director in Podiatric Surgery and Medicine since 1988. Dr Williams is a speaker in the field of foot and ankle surgery as well as limb salvage. She has published several articles on the healing of complex wounds and limb salvage, while also authoring a chapter: Bone Infections in "Foot and Ankle Radiology". In August 2014, Dr Williams was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts along with her teammates from Immaculata College. Their team, the Mighty Macs, captured three consecutive Championships. They were considered trailblazers for women sports, and in the 70s they help bring about Title 9 and equality for women in sports. In June 2015 they received the trailblazer award in the women’s basketball hall of fame. Dr Williams was recently requested to be a Keynote Speaker for Immaculata University and received the Doctor of Humane Letters for her humanitarian efforts in May 2018.
